Botanique Guides is a trading name of AFWP Ltd. Botanique Prints is also a trading name of AFWP Ltd., registered at 20–22 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU.

All products sold on Botanique Guides are digital products delivered electronically. No physical goods will be shipped.

Upon successful payment, you will be granted access to download the purchased product.

You are responsible for ensuring that your device and software are compatible with the digital products before purchase.

3. Licence and Permitted Use When you purchase a digital product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the product for personal use only, unless otherwise stated.

You may not:

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Any changes will not affect orders already completed.

Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers. We do not store your payment details.

5. Refund Policy (Digital Products)

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law where applicable.

6. Consumer Rights (UK)

If you are a UK consumer, you acknowledge that by purchasing digital content and accessing it immediately, you waive your 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of digital content.
